One hour before the apheresis procedure begins, a clinic visit is required to assess your current health status and for any necessary preparations, such as changing into appropriate attire.<\/p>\n

Since the apheresis procedure can last for 3 to 3.5 hours, it is advisable to empty your bladder before it begins.<\/p>\n

During the apheresis procedure, a medical team consisting of a doctor, nurse, and skilled medical technicians will be continuously monitoring your condition.<\/p>\n

Please note that both arms will be temporarily unavailable for use during apheresis. Blood will be drawn from one arm and returned to the other.<\/p>\n

Depending on your physical condition, it may be necessary to cancel the apheresis procedure on the same day. Additionally, at the discretion of the doctor, the apheresis procedure may be discontinued after it has started.<\/p>\n
