SGF has been widely used in various treatments such as regenerative medicine, ED treatment, AGA treatment, and cosmetic medicine since its development at Ginza Solaria Clinic. Here are some examples of the utilization of SGF in the R&E Clinic Group and medical collaborations.

Anti-Aging Drips and Injections

The administration of SGF through drips and injections can be expected to have anti-aging effects. We believe that the exosomes produced by deciduous tooth pulp stem cells, which are the key to cell activation, repair and enhance weakened tissues throughout the body, based on previous cases.

Furthermore, SGF drips and injections can be effective in preventing and regressing complications of diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and preventing and improving strokes and myocardial infarctions.

Vascular Endothelial Cell Strengthening Drips and Injections

When SGF is administered through drips and injections, it circulates within the body and promotes the repair and regeneration of damaged tissues. As a result, it is expected to reduce the risk of diseases such as “ischemic diseases, diabetes, liver cirrhosis, hypertension, Alzheimer’s disease, atopy, rheumatism (joint pain),” among others. In the treatment of diabetes complications with SGF administration, the results of LOX-index (a risk factor for strokes and myocardial infarctions, one of the complications of diabetes) have shown that vascular repair is occurring. Furthermore, there is a trend of improvement in the creatinine levels, which is an indicator of renal dysfunction, with SGF administration.

Nasal Spray Administration

In SGF nasal spray therapy, effects and benefits related to the nervous system can be expected, such as 「improvement and prevention of dementia」 and 「prevention of stroke and recovery of motor function impairment due to aftereffects.」 In fact, there are cases where motor function impairment resulting from the aftereffects of stroke has improved.

ED Treatment and Prevention

ED, or Erectile Dysfunction, is a type of male sexual dysfunction that refers to the inability to achieve or maintain an erection. By injecting SGF locally, it is possible to address the underlying causes of ED. This treatment is suitable for mild to moderate ED resulting from vascular issues. In a normal state, sexual stimulation transmits signals to the penis through nerves, leading to the release of nitric oxide from the vascular endothelium called the penile corpora cavernosa. This, in turn, leads to the production of cyclic GMP, causing blood vessels to dilate. However, in cases of vascular dysfunction where endothelial cells are damaged, the release of nitric oxide becomes less efficient. SGF is expected to have a reparative effect on endothelial cells, improving blood flow. Furthermore, as it promotes the regeneration of endothelial cells throughout the body, it can also contribute to the prevention of lifestyle-related diseases. Since the treatment is administered with ultra-fine needles, it is virtually painless, unlike conventional injections.

AGA Treatment

AGA stands for Androgenetic Alopecia, which is male pattern baldness. It occurs because the growth phase of the hair cycle becomes shorter, causing hair to enter the resting phase before it fully grows, leading to the miniaturization and shedding of hair. In SGF AGA treatment, SGF is directly injected into the scalp to promote hair regrowth and thickening. Injecting SGF stimulates the hair follicle cells responsible for producing surrounding hair, increasing their hair-growing capabilities. Additionally, it encourages surrounding cells to secrete growth factors, activating their ability to deliver the necessary nutrients to the hair. This treatment aims at addressing the root cause rather than providing temporary hair loss suppression. It is administered using a needleless treatment device called “Mesogun” or “Enagjet,” which utilizes carbon dioxide gas jet injection to deliver SGF into the scalp, allowing it to penetrate.

Cosmetic Medicine

SGF is also utilized in anti-aging treatments within the field of cosmetic medicine. SGF contains over 500 types of protein components, including an abundance of information-transmitting substances known as 「exosomes」 which play a key role in cellular activation. These components activate the function of skin cells and bring out their self-regenerative capabilities, serving essential functions in anti-aging treatments.

Micro-Needle RF + SGF

This treatment combines a micro-needle RF device with SGF. At R&E Clinic, we use VIVACE for this purpose. While applying SGF topically, the device with 36 specialized needles is used to deliver high-frequency energy into the dermis simultaneously with LED. It is effective for treating wrinkles, pores, acne scars, stretch marks, and more.

Hydro-Injection + SGF

This treatment involves injecting an original cocktail of hyaluronic acid and SGF, created from Solaria, using hydro-injection. The treatment uniformly delivers the solution from the epidermis to the shallow layers of the dermis while simultaneously lifting the treatment area. It is recommended for rejuvenation, restoring firmness, elasticity, and radiance.

Various Laser Treatments + SGF Introduction

This procedure combines various laser treatments such as picosecond laser and light therapy with SGF introduction. Fibroblasts stimulated by each treatment device naturally attempt to produce collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid, essential for the skin’s health and appearance. Since SGF contains various growth factors and components that accelerate cellular activity, it enhances the regeneration of aging skin cells.

Skin Improvement Therapy

This treatment involves introducing SGF through iontophoresis or poration into areas where inflammation is present while simultaneously administering SGF intravenously. The combination of intravenous administration for improved immunity and transdermal absorption for skin regeneration and anti-inflammatory effects can be highly effective.
